Non-nitrogen fixing unicellular cyanobacteria cultures were incubated in triplicate 1L polycarbonate bottles containing autoclaved and 0.2 µm filtered seawater using stock culture growth conditions. Enriched CO2 was obtained by bubbling a commercially prepared air/CO2 mixture. Control temperature = 20°C and control CO2 = 380 ppm. Treatment temperature = 20°C and treatment CO2 = 750 ppm.
